Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of zyfit (the "Service"), available at https://zyfit.zyfolks.com, operated by zyfit ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service is

zyfit is an AI styling tool. You add clothing products from online stores, and the Service generates images showing those products worn by a model — optionally a model based on photos you upload of yourself. You may publish the resulting "looks" to a public feed, and interact with looks published by others.

zyfit does not sell clothing. Product links open the third-party store that sells the item; purchases made there are governed by that store's terms. We do not guarantee that a product is in stock, at the shown price, or that it fits or looks as generated.

2. Eligibility & accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and to buy credits.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done under your account. Tell us immediately via our Contact page if you suspect unauthorised use.
  • One person, one account. Your @username must not impersonate another person or brand.
  • Signing in with Google creates an account under the same Terms.

3. Credits & payments

  • AI generation is paid for with credits, an internal usage unit. New accounts may receive a small free grant. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for money.
  • Credits are non-refundable once purchased. The only exceptions are set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which you accept at checkout and which forms part of these Terms.
  • Credits expire after 12 months without any purchase or generation on your account. Expired credits are not refunded or restored. We email you before it happens.
  • Credit packs and prices are listed on the Pricing page in Indian Rupees. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
  • The credit cost of a generation is shown before you start it. A generation that fails on our side automatically returns its credits to your balance — that is the remedy, not a cash refund.
  • We may change pack prices and the credit cost of features at any time. Changes do not affect credits you already hold.

4. Your content

  • You keep ownership of the photos you upload and the looks you create. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process and display that content as needed to run the Service — including sending your photos and product images to our AI provider to generate images — and, for looks you publish, to show them in the public feed and share pages.
  • Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have given you permission. Do not upload photos of minors.
  • Generated images are AI output: they may be inaccurate, and they are not a representation of how a garment will actually fit or look.
  • You may delete your looks at any time. Removing a published look removes it from the feed; copies already shared outside the Service are beyond our control.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to: create sexual, violent, hateful or harassing content; depict real people without their consent; infringe anyone's intellectual property; scrape or bulk-download content; attempt to bypass credit limits, rate limits or security; or break any applicable law. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with or without notice.

6. Availability & changes

The Service is provided "as is". AI generation depends on third-party providers and may be slow, unavailable or produce poor results. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service. We will make reasonable efforts to announce material changes in advance.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, zyfit is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

8. Termination

You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We may close accounts that are inactive for over 24 months, or that breach these Terms. Closing an account forfeits any remaining credits; they are not refunded.

9. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at the registered office of zyfit. Please contact us first — most issues are resolved by email within a few days.

10. Changes to these Terms

When we change these Terms materially we update the date above and ask you to accept the new version the next time you open the Service.
